Daily Rate: $125.00/night (2 night minimum)
Summer Rates for June through August 2008:
Weekly (7-Night) Rate: $650.00/week
(Arrive Friday after 3pm - leave Friday morning before 11am)
OR (Arrive Sunday after 3pm - leave Sunday
morning before 11am)
Short Week (5-Night) Rate:
$500.00/week
(Arrive Sunday after
3pm - leave Friday morning before 11am)
6% Sales Tax and 3% County Room Tax
is additional.
$200 separate Refundable Security Deposit - returned
by mail after keys are received and home is inspected. Any damages are deducted from this amount.
$125.00 Deposit for 2,3, or 4 night reservation.
$250.00 Deposit for Weekly or Short Week reservation
Rental Policy:

> Reservations may be made up to one year in advance

> Total Balance for stay minus deposit & signed rental agreement
due 14 days prior to arrival for Weekend Stays.
> Total Balance for stay minus deposit & signed rental agreement
due 30 days prior to arrival for Stays more than 4 days.
> Only checks or money orders accepted. No
cash.
